Use this sheet to define the capacity limits for each vehicle.
Each row represents one capacity dimension for a vehicle. If a vehicle has capacity defined in multiple units of measure (for example, pallets and weight), it must appear on multiple rows — one row per unit.
This sheet is optional and is only required when modeling capacity constraints for the vehicles.
Vehicle ID
Specifies the vehicle whose capacity is being defined.
This field must match a Vehicle ID defined in the Vehicles sheet exactly.
A vehicle may appear on multiple rows if it has capacity defined in multiple units of measure.
Unit of Measure
Specifies the capacity dimension associated with this capacity value.
This field must match a Unit of Measure defined in the Units sheet.
Examples might include:
Pallets
Pounds
Barrels
Cubic Feet
Capacity
Defines the maximum capacity of the vehicle for the specified unit of measure.
This value must be a numeric entry and must be non-negative.
Capacity values are used together with the Demand sheet to ensure that a vehicle’s load never exceeds its defined limits during a route.
