Use this sheet to restrict which tasks a specific vehicle is allowed to perform.

Each row represents a valid vehicle–task combination. If a vehicle appears in this sheet, it may only be assigned to the tasks listed for that vehicle. Furthermore, tasks listed in this sheet may only be performed by their associated vehicles and cannot be completed by any other vehicle.

This sheet is optional. If a vehicle does not appear in this sheet, it may perform any task that satisfies the other model constraints.

Vehicle ID

Specifies the vehicle whose allowable tasks are being defined.

This field must match a Vehicle ID defined in the Vehicles sheet exactly.

A Vehicle ID may appear on multiple rows if the vehicle is allowed to perform multiple tasks.

Task ID

Specifies a task that the associated vehicle is allowed to perform.

This field must match a Task ID defined in the Tasks sheet exactly.

Each row defines one allowed Vehicle–Task assignment.

How This Constraint Works

If a vehicle appears in this sheet, it can only be assigned to the tasks listed for that vehicle. For example:

In this case, Truck A may only perform Task 1 and/or Task 2. It cannot be assigned to any other tasks in the model. Furthermore, tasks 1 and 2 can only be performed by Truck A, unless they are also listed in this sheet with another vehicle.

Rules and Structure

• Vehicle ID must exist in the Vehicles sheet.

• Task ID must exist in the Tasks sheet.

• A Vehicle ID may appear on multiple rows to allow multiple tasks.

• Each Vehicle ID + Task ID combination should appear only once.
