How do I increase the limits on my account?

Our platform has usage limits in place to help prevent unexpected high costs from configuration errors and to ensure system stability. If any of these limits are impacting your business operations, you can request an increase using our contact page.

Current limits in place

• Maximum number of compute nodes per solve
• Maximum number of compute nodes currently in use
• Maximum runtime per solve
• Maximum number of currently unfinished solves. This includes all solves that have a status of solving, queued, and cancelling.
